Plan my rota for upcoming weeks, linen count, order consumables items. Managing team members, providing a good service for our guest. Upselling breakfast targets.
Yeh I have. Understanding about the financial policies, discounts ratios, EFT transaction vouchers if its authorised or not. Covid check. Company brand standard.

Not much due to work load is high which I enjoyed but the salary scale is less. I hope they give us a decent salary for our job role.
