1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Rail civils CAD technician producing 3D models, 2D sections, and drawings. Also preparing reports and helping out with engineering documentation when neccessary.

I have developed my communication skills to adapt to specific scenarios. I am a competent CAD technician with no experience prior to my apprenticeship. Developing general knowledge within my industry.

I enjoy my program as it is relevant to my job, and I am applying my knowledge to both aspects.

Very well organised to give me maximum opportunity to succeed

Yeah, i receive support from my employer may it be time to ask questions or extra time to complete my work for university

I am provided with recourses to complete my work, and lecturers are always on hand for questions related to my studies

Yes, there are many opportunities to get involved in work, for example, Early Career Professional events and Sports and Social events take place throughout the year
