  • I assist my team with the jobs they're doing. I am often on site with them doing building surveys and also helping them write the reports for issue. I am also involved in email and in person interactions with clients.

  • I have learnt how to use Microsoft extensions well, including Excel & PowerPoint. My communication skills have improved, over email and in person.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I do enjoy my programme for the majority of the time. I am not sure if it is the career I wish to pursue after I have completed, however i have met some good people and it is a good experience.

  • It is well organised. I have one day off a week for my university study and my senior colleagues respect that

  • All the support I need I can ask for and I am comfortable in doing so.

  • I do not receive much support from my training supporter. If I asked for it, I am sure they would help, but not as much as I would like.

  • The first few modules I didn't feel were relevant, however now they're helping me with my everyday job more.

  • There are sport teams and lots of networking events yes.

  • Yes

  • They are a large global brand with lots of experienced employees. It is a good company for anyone to start at or end at.

  • Be confident and proactive. Senior colleagues really appreciate you going out of your way to impress them
