Learning and bidding process, day to day includes organising meetings, running meetings, proof reading responses, writing cvs, other admin tasks

development of existing organisation skills, learnt the processes but only just starting to apply new learning

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

as my programme has been slow so far I haver found it hard to maintain motivation and stay happy in my role

As I'm the first to go through this course I feel that it has been hard for everyone as to how much to give me and how quickly to progress me

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

When I am given things to do I am very well supported and know exactly who to go to should I need help. These people are also very happy to assist and teach me

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Whenever I need support from RHG they reply very quickly, are happy to take me through things as many times as I need and are guiding me through everything well

All of my knowledge on the role has come from the training from RHG

8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Unsure how much is available due to covid still, but I am not a part of anything extra-curricular
