The working balance and study is very good. KPMG provide lots of training days. I enjoy I get to go to college and study but also given work that requires challenge and responsibilities.
The training programme is very well organised. You know your college dates and exam for the next year and managers are very understanding when you need to study for your exam.
I have received support from various grades starting from graduate to senior manager. HR are also very helpful. If you have any questions you just reached out to them by email and they will get back to you very fast.
They are very helpful and always reminds us that we can reach out to them if we need any further support.
It is a very useful qualification to have and studying for the exams definitely helps to understand the industry and apply to everyday work.

KPMG allows me to study towards a well known qualification as well as allowing me to do a job that requires great responsibility. They provide lots of benefits.
There will be times where you have to work long hours but it is temporary and you will be supported along the way. KPMG supports the ones who work hard. Willing to learn and challenge yourself is key.
