help and assist business customers with their accounts and issues to help them keep their accounts running.
i've learnt and developed a range of skills from communication to empathy, to help and understand how a customer maybe feeling in their situation so that i can try to best help them resolve any issue causing as little stress as possible
I thoroughly enjoy my program as it's allowed for me to learn new skills on the job ij a sector that i previously new little about. it's allowed me to take on new challenges and develop and improve as an individual
my program is very well organized, i know when all my submissions are due and i'm given plenty of time to ensure that they're complete to the best of my ability as well as reviews to ensure that i'm on track
NatWest are very supportive in helping me develop on calls as well as giving me time to complete my apprenticeship work
my training provider is very supportibve as i have my own coach who i speak to monthly as well as been able to contact whenever required for further support with my work.
it gives me chance to confirm what i've done on calls and gives me extra time for reflection on my strengths and areas for improvement
there are plenty of networking event opportunities to meet new people as well as opportunity to get involved in charity days with your team to help good causes as well as getting to work with your team closer.
