    • Shadow suppervisor carrying out general vehicle Inspections ( PMI`s) and service and some repair works

    • Yes developed a lot of technical and safety skills as well as knowledge

    • Enjoy both pratical at our BB workshop and College work

    • College was initailly delayed but since starting this year it has been very good

    • Very good support all round from my Line Manager and other collegues am finding things to be very good as a hole

    • Its great because you can relate everything back when carrying out the practical work

    • Yes we have a group incentives outdoor events, volunteering days, social events at depot with BQ`s
