  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy my program. My team are great, older members of the team are supportive and helpful in work situations and are always happy to assist apprenticeship tasks. previous apprentices are also so helpful in study tips and work tips. the apprenticeship is better than i expected you are fully supported and also develop in work there is a great balance

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • from WTW the apprenticeship is well structed and runs smoothly. training and induction is ready for onboarding and ensures a smooth transition. there are many opportunities to talk to previous apprentices and get feedback and guidance as well as management and the apprentice team. people are always aware of where you are and how to help

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • my employer is great, there is lots of support from all levels of the hierarchy. my line manager is supportive of day to day activities and always asks how he can help me progress. my team manager is also interested and keen to stay up to date on my progress throughout. even the division manager has asked how i am getting on and how to help

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • my training provider is keen to help to a certain extent. i feel there is very little communication within the training provider between employees. this leads to my details being lost and having to have the same conversation with 3/4 different people. my tutor left part way through my apprenticeship and i therefore had time without a tutor and my new tutor took a long time to get in touch. besides that they are very supportive of the qualification

    6/10

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • my qualification will be very helpful in my career moving forward as it is very relevant to my career path and shows a level of commitment. it also develops my skill set and abilities that are all relevant to my role day to day and will continue to be relevant after my apprenticeship

    8/10

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • WTW has lots of networking teams which all have their individual events. e.g. LGBTQ+, Young Professional's, Gender Equity, Workability & Multicultural. there are also lots of social and sporting activities to get involved in as WTW support a lot of charities and therefore run and put on many events to raise money for them.

    8/10

  • 9a. Would you recommend WTW to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • WTW is a great place to work, the environment is always pleasant and there are so many opportunities across WTW, in their individual roles or other sectors. there can be different sectors or specialities. after work there are many of things to get involved in from being a mentor to sport activities for charity to inclusion networks

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to WTW?
  • when applying to WTW just remember to be yourself and try not to overthink it. the people who interview are always nice and are not looking to trap you. they will most likely be your manager and are therefore looking to check you work in a way to support each other and will also have things in common outside work
