    • This includes working in Power T&D. I get experience using many CAD programs and the opportunity to design foundations.

    • I have developed many useful skills such as time management, organisational skills and communication skills. Other skills ore specific to engineering that I developed are CAD skills, mathematical skills and precision.

    • I enjoy my program very much as there is always lots to learn and get involved with.

    • Very well structured as I get to move between different departments and get experience in all of them

    • I receive sufficient support to help me grow and learn

    • Support could be better but it is adequate to make a good start

    • Gives me the understanding I need for some of the roles, having that base knowledge is important

    • There are many activities that are put on at work by the R- life team and I have had the opportunity to network at an event for female apprentice engineers run by WES (Women Engineering Society)

    • Yes

    • It is a great place to work and the company supports you very well in reaching your goals

    • Be yourself at the interview and careful thing of which department you would like to join- there are many different options to choose from.
