I really enjoy my program as I am situated within a great team, that help me grow everyday. Learning has never been this exciting.
My overall program is structure very well. I work 4 days and study one day. The online class's happen every two weeks, which gives you a week to read up on all your reading material but also revise from your previous lesson .
I receive a lot of support from my employer. My line manager is very helpful and makes sure that my needs are met academically as well as with my work.
I receive adequate support from my training provider. Would like more support going forward.
It helps me understand my role in the IT world better. Concepts are really important in IT as they allow you to have grasp of the fundamentals but also allows you to have a clearer image in your head.
There are some activates to take part in but i have not done any so far.
