Assisting with the planning of works, visiting various sites daily to ensure everything is running smoothly and solving any on-site issues and queries to avoid delays or inconveniences

Very much, I think that most of the time some of the things that I've learnt throughout my uni degree don't necessarily apply to many of the practices seen in real life, although when this does happen it is very rewarding

It definitely provokes thinking of a certain level and keeps my brain sharp however due to the Civil Engineering degree being such a broad subject most of the modules studied either don't apply whatsoever or very little. There have been some instances where the degree has been very advantageous however this is not very frequent.
