I have spent 7 months at Schneider electric, and the experience I'm having right now is spectacular as I am getting trained in different departments every 2-4 Months which is great as I get the opportunity to see how the company is putting their product from scratch.
I have learnt a lot of new skills one of them are how to be more confident in the tasks I'm doing, communication skills have improved and I have improved my hand tool skills.
To the point where I enjoy coming to work everyday and I'm happy where I am and with the people I work with, Schneider Electric creates a great atmosphere to work within.
The structure is programed well as we have regular check ups with our managers at leats one every 6-10 weeks.
The support that we get is great as if we have any problems at work/home they are willing to help in any possible way.
The support that I receive from my training provider is spectacular as they are in contact with us at least every 6 weeks and the training provider sit with us and we have a conversation about how we are doing and if everything is going well.
Very well as I have develop skills such as making improvements in our company and these kind of skills I have started using at work after we have been show how to do it in our qualification.
