Day to day people queries, partnering Operators, facilitating sessions with operators, project planning, collaborating with other HR departments
I have never worked in HR before so everything is new, from the Professional Map to day to day job shadowing and on the job learning.
It was difficult to get back into learning but now I have rhythm and routine its become part of what I do, I would recommend it to anyone. There are times when I could use a week off in between modules as you get behind quickly when on annual leave.
There are too many platforms, it all needs to be in one place, the platforms themselves are well structured and easy to navigate.
Lots, bi weekly check ins, support from the rest of my team and Coop Apprenticeship team are always to hand.
Mixed, change in LDC has meant a break in support, don't quite feel that that is up to previous support yet, and work hasn't all been marked from last month.
It gives me direction and a purpose to build a network, I wouldn't be so confident in my new role without it.

They live by their value and do what they say. I have worked for them for 16 years so I've seen all the ups and downs and they have always supported and done the right thing.
