Supervising construction works and ensuring pre-construction practices are in place to keep operatives safe and ensure construction is completed to a high standard

I enjoy the environment, the fast-paced nature and the fact that no two days are the same.
There is a structure to ensure i complete a multitude of disciplines during ym apprenticeship, but i havent done anything but site management so far
My employer are constantly in touch and visit site regularly. The support they offer is always available and known.
Monthly meetings with my apprenticeship manager provide me with the skills needed to complete the course.
The training forces me to undertake other, maybe lesser thought about tasks that will benefit my work in the long run.
These activities occur maybe 2-3 times a year and are thoroughly enjoyable
