My existing skills have been developed using theories, models and tools to manage all areas within work. I have gained a great deal of confidence and knowledge in relation to leadership and development of strong, functional and happy teams.
The programme was very enjoyable. My tutor ([This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions]) was excellent. Always available to support me and very clear in setting expectations and objectives.
Very well. I was always aware of where I was in terms of progression and goal achievement.
My employer allowed me all the time I needed to complete my apprenticeship. Coaching and mentoring within the business contributed to my opportunity to develop my reflection on the learning that had taken place.
My tutor was always available and responded quickly to all correspondence.
Throughout the programme I have implemented my learning in my daily work. This has led to being able to support a high performing team that continues to be motivated to develop themselves, their colleagues, the business and most importantly, our customers.
The business supports a number of extra curricular activities such as development days, team days and internal management academies.
