At the moment, my role is to help generate user guides for objects that the EA will publish on their website for other companies/project teams to access and use.
I have developed my professional skills in how I deal with new members in a team as well as improving my technical engineering skills.
I enjoy the programme a lot, I get the chance to get industry practise as well as get a degree at the same time. There are some areas which are unclear however they are not detrimental to how the programme works.

There are some modules which don't however I am sure that they will come into play when I work on other projects

Mott MacDonald has made me feel comfortable and welcome coming into a new company, as well as providing plenty of support for degree apprentices such as myself
Don't let things get you down, everything will be ok in the end. Remember that you won't know as much as anybody else and that everyone is there to help you out.
