My role is in Equity Derivatives Sales; on a day to day, this includes supporting my team with pricing requests and running reports, because I'm not regulated
Yes, I've developed my time management and adaptability skills.
I enjoy the programme to a great extent
The programme is still relatively new, and therefore could be better organised/structured, once the management team can implement suggestions from the apprentices.
A lot
We receive support relating to the uni's qualification, however for financial qualifications, it's mostly self study.
This differs from apprentice to apprentice - for me, the qualification helps as a foundation but isn't as technical as what's required for my role.
Yes, we've had a couple professional networking events.
