Co-ordinating mortgage product launches and maturities. Completing administrative tasks within the Product Development function and responding to mortgage based queries around the business.
I have developed my existing T, digital and communication skills within my role as well as developing new skills such as the ability to hold meetings and plan workload efficiently.
I thoroughly enjoy the programme and feel like it will help me develop in my future role.
The programme is very structured and i have felt supported throughout.
A great amount of support has been given to me throughout my program and has been easily accessible throughout.
I am given support monthly from my provider as well as having contacts incase I need a last minute guidance.
