I am a data analyst apprentice in the HR sector. my day to day work is working on my assignments, my team and i run monthly dashboards to make sure our staff data is correct and up to date, we use manual and automatic systems and we get our information from our core hr system called workday.
I have learned many skills, my excel skills have progressed and I can use it confidently. I have learned many things around data, data visualization, cyber security.
I enjoy my programme as i have the most supportive people around me but as I started when the corona virus crisis started I feel like I have missed out on more opportunities and progressing my skills to the fullest especially working from home.
my programme is very well organised and everyone is supportive, the 2 year programme gives you enough time to get everything done.
I receive a huge amount of support from my employer, my manager and my colleagues. I have many people I could speak to if I was ever worried about anything or if I needed support with my work.
a huge amount of support, they are always there when I need them and if I am struggling they make me feel at ease.
it gives me more knowledge about the things am working on, and it helps me to understand more things in my role.
There aren't many or not that I know off.
