    • yes working on a mainframe as i had no knowledge about it before i joined natwest

    • i enjoy it a lot im learning new skills and meeting new people so expanding my network

    • I receive as much support if i need it to an excellent standard

    • good support as we have regular zoom calls to check up on me and give me any help if i need it

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    • Pretty well as im learning skills that i use in my work and that i use out of work as well in my free time since i like to code

    • i havent looked into this yet but there is networking events definitely

    • dont stress too much and just do the best you can and try to learn yourself and improve everyday
