Getting work requests and completing them
yes working on a mainframe as i had no knowledge about it before i joined natwest
i enjoy it a lot im learning new skills and meeting new people so expanding my network
very organised
I receive as much support if i need it to an excellent standard
good support as we have regular zoom calls to check up on me and give me any help if i need it
Pretty well as im learning skills that i use in my work and that i use out of work as well in my free time since i like to code
i havent looked into this yet but there is networking events definitely

dont stress too much and just do the best you can and try to learn yourself and improve everyday
