General running of care home, supporting of staff members with staffing, supervisions, professional development, managing conflicts. Ensuring regulations and quality standards are being met.
During my qualification the most interesting i found was looking into quality standards. this i enjoyed greatly.
Mostly found it interesting, some parts i enjoyed a lot more than others. Met expectations on difficulty.
I had alot of support of my assessor at Lifetime training for which i was very grateful, the company i was working for had major difficulties being able to allocate me time to be able to work on my qualification so this i found held me back.
Not a lot of support at all, in the height of pandemic it was difficult to get any support.
My assessor was happy to complete remote calls as often as i wished to. including weekly to the end of my qualification.
has provided me with knowlage that i was unaware of the depth of previosly
