day to day i use adobe analytics to gain insights on how our web pages are performing. I would use the website link and go into debugger to get a certain metric and then put it into analytics and break it down to view views, where traffic comes from etc.
i have developed more analytical skills and allowed myself to have a more analytical mindset. i have learnt how to pick up skills quicker and how to use adobe softwares such as adobe analytics and adobe debugger. i have also learnt how to communicate more professionally through emails and zoom calls.
i enjoy my job role at natwest because it is very relaxed environment which allows me to work at my own pace and not make me feel rushed in anyway. it also allows me to be more careful of making stupid mistakes and allows me to learn about the interal structure better
my week always has a general structure on what tasks i will be completing and when it is due by. i also have all my data requests and ther tasks put onto my board for the week / 2 week period and update it from my board whenever i make progress on my task
my manager is a very supportive person and always wants me to improve. he is very understand and willing to help. being a religious and ethnic minority in my environment he understands when i have other commitments and allows me to take time if needed to cater to my needs.
my training [rovidrs are also very good. i have a DLC (dedicated learning consultant) who is very helpful and supportive. he will be be critical on my work but very helpful to make sure i produce the highest quality of work. My DLC is very supportive aswell and allows me to have extra time if needed
it helps me with my mindset and how to approach a task as a data analyst. it teaches me to use all the inforation around me and how to use the information when piecing it together. It also helps me use softwares that will be used as a progress through my career
we have a natwest sportsday in june which looks like itll be alot of people there as it is hosted in london. we alo had a team meetup with our wider team aswell , meeting people who are based in manchester birmigham scotland and other citiies in england and seeing them was nice
Yes
i think working at natwest is a really nice place. especially for me as this is one of my first jobs at a young age. it helps build professionalism and what to expect in further jobs in the future. i also like how you can work from home and be more relaxed
my advice when applying for NatWest is to remember to look presentable and neat when attending interviews and be well spoken. Remember your cpc values and when they ask a wuestion match it to a cpc value and hit the bullet points of the cpc values to present you will be a good addittion to there team
