General Manager of a busy restaurant near Newcastle airport.
I have learned a lot about communication techniques and handling certain situations
I enjoy the theory but not so much the assignment side of the program
The course itself is well structured but the tutor is seldom available and has been on the sick for some time
Not as much as I would like, I don’t get the time to complete my assignments
It the training provider isn’t always available, we’ve had mid matches tutus due to our tutor being ill
Very much so
No
No
The plan at the beginning sounded very organised however the communication is poor and I’m not sure where I’m at with my training
Be prepared to do most of the course yourself with little guidance
