My programme was quite well organised. The virtual classroom sessions happened on schedule and I felt I always had the support of my tutor.
I received a lot of support from my manager and my team, I was always given the team I needed to focus on my apprenticeship work and my manager always turned up for progress meetings with my tutor
QA were great at supporting me, I felt I could contact my classroom trainers and my personal tutor at any time and when I did they were really helpful.
