My role is currently a FLow Leader with a complex claims team. My daily role involves reviewing and authorising claims as well as answering queries from colleagues, customers and other internal teams. I liaise with solicitors and claims management companies when dealing with claims. I am responsible for pulling together reports on my teams work and monitoring their daily tasks
I have developed my own personal skills such as presenting to a big group of people, being responsible for a team & the day to day running of this, dealing with various types of people and knowing how to manage them
I throughly enjoyed the programme as it allowed me to show my abilities and what i am capable of. the team i was placed in was great and people were more that willing to help when and if needed.
i feel valued by the group - my manager is always keen to develop me and is always highlighting things that i could do so that i stand out from the crowd. i have always been involved within lots of tasks/projects and feel my input is good.
the programme was structured well and the support and guidance that i got both internally and externally was great. i felt that i could go to anyone for help and they were always there to help
a lot of support was received - again whenever i needed them they were always there to help and provided accurate and quick responses
my employer was great and was very supportive - they were always there offering help and assistance
it met my costs well
there are a lot of activities that you can get involved in but i have yet to take the opportunity to do so
Yes
the apprenticeship offers a great chance to get involved and show what you are capable of whilst learning and working. they really take an interest in your learning and if you are willing to develop then they will be there to support you - both after and during the course
do it!
