  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The structure was good i had 1 day a week off to focus on it whch helped a lot. I managed to get a lot of the wokr done in that time and knew my monthly targets however at gateway this took a lot longer than expected which was frustrating

  • i do not think that the apprencitceship has helped me perform better in my role as the one day off a week caused me issues completing workflow taks. Being said the fact that i was able to develop my wider knowlge of the bank will help me going forward in my career.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • at work i i would say that there is proabbly lots of extracurricular activities you could get involved with unfortunaltey i ahve not looked into any of these. In terms of netwroking events these are aimed at the more seniro memebers of the bank which i finds slightkly demotivating as i would like to go to one.
