i am being trained and learning the basics of electrical maintance, through this apprentice i am learning all of what i need to know to then be able to do instalments in peoples homes or buildings.
I have learned so many new skills with this company, and even developed existing skills even further to make them the best they can get
I am really enjoying this programme and will be sitting through it till the end
it is very well organised in the fact you have different tasks and you do certain tasks at a certain time.
we receive a lot of support from our employers as well as support from other people throughout the company
there is different groups you can get involved with throughout the company in which you can get your voice out for things you want changed.

this company supports there staff a lot more than other companies do, everyone here is super friendly and have a lot of respect for everyone, overall just an enjoyable place to be
just try your best and be as confident as you can when applying don't be afraid to show yourself off or blag about your achievements in life
