I am currently in the PA team and have three directors who I PA for. This includes organising meetings, flights and anything they ask for. In addition I work on individual projects that my team set me.
Yes, I have learnt a lot of new skills such as: how to use share point, beginning to learn coupa (finance). Also my communication skills and confidence has improved since working at AZ.
They are so helpful and my whole team are always happy to help in anyway and encourage me to ask questions.

It is a great place to work. I really feel valued within my team and I feel like the company helps you in your role.
To make sure they are honest and friendly. I think as longer as they are a hard work and want to excel at their chosen job they should excel.
