Working with processing machinery and operators, fixing breakdowns on machinery or packing lines as well as regularly scheduled maintenance.
yes. teamworking, communication and problem solving skills. being able to work alone and asking for help when needed.
I enjoy the program. meeting new people and the role is very enjoyable.
Organised at the start, with people moving jobs organisation lacked as well as the assessors moving jobs. Made it unclear on what work was required ect.. but all cleared up after a while.

The qualification gives a basic understanding of the mechanical, electrical and instrument work which will be required in the role. the programming behind machinery is taught.
yes there are plenty of networking events, as well as classes for activity.
