I have a good team and line manager, i am given work to do, the company has good culture and allows for breaks in between work and has surpassed the expectations I had
had a good introduction and support has been good however at some points things did get slow by lack of communication at start of 2022
I get a lot of support from my manager and is very helpful and asks if im feeling stressed by work and how i am doing
i haven't had much training and have been having lots of problems getting classes booked for training such as my classes dates being switched and i wasn't told
not too sure but the class i have done did help with my overall understanding of coding and helped when learning at work
there are lots of events and social events planned by natwest that are all enjoyable and provide a good way to relax and have some fun
Yes
lots of support, great pay and plenty of things and ways to learn and develop skills
communication is extremely important and have the ability to speak up when unsure, its better to know than not to know at the end of the day
