My role involves working with my team and sometimes other members of the company to find a solution to a data problem, I am mostly working with excel at the moment but the role varies from project to project and can be quite different every time requiring different software such as Power BI.
Yes, I have definitely learned many skills even working remotely during Covid I have had the chance to develop my skills independently. Working as part of a team we are always exposed to other people's strengths and weaknesses and are able to transparently fill in the gaps and develop our own skills.
The current program is developed in such a way that not only is it fun while learning and working but it is also made enjoyable to be part of a life long learning community, I have been able to develop myself as a person within and outside of my career.
My program is continuously facing changes and additions to it to make it perfectly altered for our curriculum. It is currently still undergoing changes but it has so far been well managed and sowhat in line with the curriculum
I would never doubt myself to reach out to my employer if I ever found myself in a challenging situation whether it be within the workplace or personal life that can potentially impact my work life. The support I am able to receive from my employer is always being reminded that it is there and I do not feel any hesitation to use if I ever do need to.
My training provider is good at delivering the lectures which are well detailed with information for the course, however, it is somewhat disorganized as per individual lecturers, having had some alterations due to their personal challenges besides that the quality of teaching is excellent and so is the support from those lecturers and tutors.
The courses have now been better aligned with my course at work and university and work in progress is being carried out in order to customise the learning to our qualification.
