I'm responsible for researching new technologies, defining strategy, and designing then implementing new network-related products to meet the requirement of the business,
Yes - i've become proficient at writing software to help me with automating elements of my role that have an element of repetition, or that can be simplified. This frees me up to focus on more important aspects of my role.
I've found it interesting and informative - it has helped to shape my thinking on how work realted to my role will be done in future, and allowed me to focus on the elements of my job that deliver the most value to the company.
Extremely well structured - although it has been purely remote, this has suited me as a home worker with a young family.
I receive lots of support from Pearson, from granting me time to work on my course to providing advice and assistance within the apprenticeship team.
OU have been great in providing support, and I would definitely choose them for my future learning needs if the opportunity arose.
The qualification in and of itself is helpful, but more important are the skills I've learnt and the way it has helped to shape my thinking about technology, and how to integrate it successfully.
Yes - there are many, but as previously mentioned I have a young family and work from home, so I don't often take advantage of these.
