Skills workshops. Presentations from lawyers from different firms and departments. Group business challenge.
Improved my communication and teamwork. Developed my commercial awareness.
Absolutely brilliant, I was made to feel so welcome met lovely people, learnt a huge amount, developed new skills and hugely built my confidence.
Lots of emails explaining everything in detail, could not have asked for more.
A lot, I was able to meet lots of people at different stages of their career from senior associates to trainees from whom I was able to gain a deep insight into what it would be like to work there. Hearing from the global inclusion director also provided excellent insight.
Hugely, it helped me to learn what was important to me when thinking about my future and understand what options are available. Hearing from lots of different lawyers was particularly helpful for this.
I was not paid but reimbursed for all expenses.
Loads! It was great to meet employees in both formal and informal settings which was really helpful to ask lots of questions.
