To a great extent as there is a great company culture and my team and apprentice leads are extremely supportive of my commitments both internally and externally.
Very organized. There are dedicated employees there to support you at every stage and each year of the program is structured and communicated to us well beforehand
I receive a lot of support. There are dedicated HR reps and a Mentor who are there to support you. My manager is also extremely supportive and all are accessible
Great support. We are able to contact them at any time even when we are at work. Our tutors are all there to ensure that we do the best we can

There are many social events that happen as well as networking events that occur both in person and virtually. In person events can vary from being in the office to externally in other venues.

There is a great company culture and there are dedicated people there to support your growth and learning at every stage of your journey. The type of work encountered is stretching and you are constantly developing and growing your skills.
It is important to do research into the company before you have any interviews. The company culture and its values are important topics to know and it also allows you to understand if the company is the right place for you.
