Yes, the programme help me to become a better leader by teaching how t develop my skills as influencer, understand better the financials and planning.

The programme is well structured as all the deadlines were communicated and explanation of the continue was well explained by trainer.
So so as my director was not really supportive as didn't know the program and didn't made an effort to know.
