I work mainly on active travel projects, helping to form reports and completing audits. I also work on HS2 with traffic count reporting. I spend a lot of time on GIS creating maps and learning how to use data.
Of course I've learnt new skills. I'm getting much more experience using GIS now and I have increased my knowledge of using Word professionally. I have of course also picked up loads of things relating to transport.
I have had moments where I don't really enjoy what I'm doing but for the most part I really have.
I think the structure is very clear and organised.
I receive and have the option to receive a wide range of support.
I receive good support.
It depends on the subject area. I have worked on some things before I have learnt about them, but I have found when I learn about it first I am able to go further with it at work and be more confident talking about it.
Yes there is.

It's a good company that offers decent benefits to its employers and most of the staff I have met have been very friendly and approachable.
