Dealing with potential tenants, marketing properties on behalf of clients, creating marketing materials, undertaking viewings / inspections, measuring properties.
People skills, dealing and managing client expectations. Working within a team and keeping to deadline
It was been a fun and challenging experience, managing the workload of both university and general work takes alot of getting used too.
It is fairly well structured throughout the apprenticeship programme with regular updates from our coordinators. There seems to be a blurr between nearing the end of your university programme and becoming a graduate within the programme.
Receive enough support, all the staff in the company are professionals within a huge range of fields and all find time to offer support when needed.

It provides a general understanding of the module to apply within the work place. Although it isnt very specific to my role.
Yes lots. Apprentice / grad networking events every month. Training days at head office. Cricket, football, boules and rugby competitions.

Be yourself and ask lots of questions as the apprenticeship route is a new scheme that needs to be fully understood to commit to a 5 year course.
