Within my role I provide support to colleagues for business analytical and technical tasks. These can involve things like business outcome reviews or the creation of monthly analytical dashboards.
I have developed a lot of skills within my role. My excel skills have come on considerably through my work with business outcome delivery. I have also developed technical skills such as SQL and Python coding. I have also developed my stakeholder engagement skills throughout my time in the team.
I enjoy the programme I am on and the work I do. The programme is a good mix of interactive courses where I can engage with others but also independent work where I can go through workbooks at my own pace.
My programme was well structured, it has a good mix of independent workbook and interactive learning classes.
I receive a good amount of support from my employer, if I am ever in any need of help I know where to find it.
I receive a good amount of help from my training provider, should I ever become stuck on a workbook or in a class, I know what to do.
My training programme has helped my development within my role a lot. It has developed my technical skills which I have then been able to apply to my everyday role.
There are a number of different groups available to join outwith everyday roles at my work, these include things like book clubs, climate groups and many social meetings.
Yes
I would recommend NatWest because they almost have the customer at heart and ensure every decision they make as a company benefits their customers.
There are a huge number of opportunities within NatWest, this means great progression routes and career prospects. It is a great company to work for.
