The lloyds banking group program really helps you get settled in, there are loads of apprentice courses, which train and help you. You are really valuded and are not treated as a aprrentice as they like to get you involved in project. The enviromnet is fun and friendly
When applying for a role at lloyds, make sure be yourself at all time, Grades are important but so is your personality. If you put on a mask they will know and may not pick you. so it is important to be you.
