I help customers find the perfect holiday that will cater for what they are looking for and require. I also try help customers resolve any issues they are needing help with.
I have improved my customer service skills by dealing with all types of people each day.
I enjoy learning about destinations I have never been too and working within a nice team.
I have monthly catch-ups with my apprenticeship coach where I get set new work. I have support all throughout with my team members apprenticeship coach and teams chat.
