anything involved with packaging that is used on site, from testing it to approving the latest artwork.
Yes, I'm learning something new every day. my boss has been here 30+ years and im trying toi gain as much knowledge as possible.
It has its ups and downs but overall i'm happy with the program
The organisation could be better, there is a new L&D advisor who will hopefully be able to put a more organised plan in place.
Not much, i have to actively find the support that i need and will only go to them if really desperate.
Harper Adams are very hands on and give as much support as i require.
My qualifications will give me the knowledge that will support my job role, and the job role itself will give me the practical part
