developed my confidence and ability to work with others as well as confidence asking others questions.
i do enjoy the programme although feel a lot of pressures and sometimes dont feel fully supported. as i develop i think this will become easier.
it can be but at times i feel there is a lack of training in certain seats which makes me feel like i am not fully supported in my development.
some but i feel like this could be improved. a lot of support programmes in place but day to day support is limited.
not a lot. unorganised and always confused regarding what is required/due.
can help when certain topics overlap my job role, adds more context to my day to day and more background.
yes there are groups to join and lots of social events.

good opportunity to work at a global law firm and gain valuable experience whilst gaining a degree.
attention to detail is extremely important. just be patient when taking part in the onboarding process, people dont expect you to know everything straight away.
