Through my few months here so far I have developed my technical skills and job based knowledge that is required for me to carry out my role.
Effective training and help always available. Onboarding is given before starting the job and gives a great insight of company overview.
Recurring 1:1 sessions with my manager every week, opportunity to ask questions and receive feedback.
Have access to the CIPD student membership resources and have frequent progress meetings set.
