My role changes every 6 months - that is the great thing with this apprenticeship! Currently I am on the Compliance team. Typically my role on a day to day is working on compliance but you will also find me sending emails to associates, attending meetings and training.
I would definitely say my skills have improved 100% since joining last year! I am much more confident with talking to people, I find myself volunteering for both internal and external events which requires me to talk with people I have not met before meaning my confidence has improved.
I love the programme so much! Everybody in the workplace is friendly and helpful and it really gives you great opportunities. I love looking back on when I first joined to where I am now and how much my personal development has grown already.
Reall well organised! The apprentice's manager checks in on monthly 1-2-1's and keeps a track on what you have improved on and what are your next steps. The firm rotates your seat every 6 months so you get a good wide of training and knowledge from different areas.
A lot. We have monthly 1-2-1's, a monthly group catch-up with all the apprentices and weekly catch up's if need be. Our manager also is always around to offer support and advice 24/7.
I would say some improvement could be made but on a whole the support is good.
I would say you are putting what you are learning into practice so it is great.
Yes - our firm have a netball team and a football team. There are always events as well that you can volunteer for.
Yes
