My day tot day involves coming in to work making sure pouches are ready for the job, having the correct job information and that the line is full. I will then look at the information from yesterday to see our numbers produced and our targets for the day.
I've definitively developed my management skills especially when it comes to dealing with different types of people, as well as my time management.
I thoroughly enjoy my programme at the moment.

Understand all the sides to a business in clearer detail and working under difficult circumstances shows me i have to adapt when in the work place.
We have well-being events, team building exercises and other events that take place during the year.

The apprentice programme it offers is well supported, and tends to help you improve within your job role.
I know it difficult but try not to be too stressed everyone is very welcoming, Just try learn the building.
