Irwin Mitchell are fantastic, they give so much support to their apprentices and are constantly looking at ways to improve this. Where the rating falls down is due to the apprenticeship provider. Unfortunately they are not at the same standard a Irwin Mitchell.
The apprenticeship manager is always looking at further development for the apprentices, he provides a lot of information. The business also have groups we are able to join focused on key areas like disability, gender empowerement and so on.
