    • I carry out quoting and post order functions for the sales team here at softcat. Whilst doing this I am also responsible to add value to our sales cycle

    • I have learnt a lot of new skills, the biggest skill that I have learned would be being more confirdent with public speaking.

    • I was torn between an apprenticeship and university. I can now see, I definitely made the correct decision

    • Very well organised and structured, I always know what and where i need to be and need to be doing.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

    • Full support is given, if I need a day off to focus on my coursework I can just book it off without taking leave etc.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

    • I am only ever one teams call away from my training provider so I have support whenever it is needed.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    • I have learnt skills that I otherwise wouldn't have known, this has helped me to become better at my day to day role also.

    • Yeah! We have literally everything from sports to hikes to Fifa
