I have learnt a lot of new skills, the biggest skill that I have learned would be being more confirdent with public speaking.
I was torn between an apprenticeship and university. I can now see, I definitely made the correct decision
Very well organised and structured, I always know what and where i need to be and need to be doing.

I am only ever one teams call away from my training provider so I have support whenever it is needed.
I have learnt skills that I otherwise wouldn't have known, this has helped me to become better at my day to day role also.
