day to day i manage my clients projects, work with contractors and the client. i host a number of calls a day, i answer emails/ queries about projects/programmes.
yes- i have improved my inter personal skills. my communication and confidence have both massively improved as well.
i really enjoy my job and having responsibility within an organisation. the university side is harder, however, they are accommodating and will support you in your studies where possible.
the structure of my apprenticeship is great. my boss knows about apprenticeships and knows what to expect from me and supports me where they can.
there are a group of apprentices who work together in order to give to support to new apprentices, there are also senior leaders within this group. there is a large support system in more ways than one
we have 12week calls which we discuss progress and any support needed, there's not only academic support offered but mental health support and there's always someone at the end of the phone/ easy to reach via email.
100% helps me in my role. My role also 100% supports my training
there are many different socials available to go to, in the office in which I'm based we have a celebration fridge once a month. multiple different times in the year we have office wide events and there's opportunities to host networking events

good company values, offers support/ training for early careers, allows you to undertake and helps fund work events you want to go to, its a very large company so lots of different types of people to mix with
