My role involves assisting senior members of the team on whatever engagement I have been assigned to, though this does usually mean taking charge of my own work as opposed to just being treated as an assisstant.
Yes, everything from general people skills and communicating with clients, to more accountancy specific skills

I find that my training has allowed me a better grasp of concepts that are intrinsic to my role as an auditor.
