Supervisor role. Day-to-day running of a production line. I do the paperwork, monitor the teams performance hourly, then present with feedback on the expected plan and how things can change. I deal with any issues that occur during the day and report back to my line manager.
My communication skills and time management have drastically improved. I feel I am having to adjust to things day-to-day and then feedback constantly.
I am thoroughly enjoying my programme and aim to do more in the future.
It has been very well structured and I have made sure my work has remained organised throughout.
When necessary I have received support which is all I can really ask of someone.
I feel I have received help when asked, so a sufficient amount to complete the course to a high standard.
During the projects I have done during my course, I feel some have closely related to my day-to-day work, especially the project on communication.
Team building exercises happen fairly regularly, plenty of walks, adventures to grow as a team.
